"Radio City" Restaurant
IIt will be interesting for gourmets and connoisseurs of unusual cuisine to learn that the head chef in Radio City Bar&Kitchen is Alex Litzell, who used to work in Sällskapet in Stockholm before. It is an elite one-class restaurant-club. The king of Sweden Charles Gustav ХVI was one of its members.
Work experience at well-known Aquavit (one of the Top 15 restaurants in New York) brought to bear great influence on Alex Litzella's author's style. A courageous eclectic combination of fusion Asian kitchen with the Swedish classics is the result of invaluable experience, which Alex has got during the work, and used at drawing up of Radio City Bar&Kitchen menu.
Large-format kitchen: from the Italian Panino sandwich with gentle turkey breast under cowberry sauce on a crackling home-made bread to a gentle, stewed in its own juice, duck leg of Konfi with Burgundian sauce. From Asian wok-salad with spicy Thai sauce to Olivier-premium with grilled tiger shrimps. From the Ukrainian borsch with garlic fritters to Catalan tomato soup with spicy sausages Chorizo. And it is only a small part of the pleasures of the table.
Oriental cuisine is presented with Chinese and Japanese menus. You may enjoy a crackling duck with fritters and Hoj Sin sauce, shrimps with pineapples in sweet-sour sauce, the "glass" noodles prepared on wok with shrimps and a hen, a nigiri-sushi and sashimi. These are some desserts, prepared by our chief-confectioner with love: Sea buckthorn Panna Kotta with a cream from a milk chocolate and the dense crimson sauce, melting in the mouth Tiramisu with a bilberry and a rum biscuit, a warm chocolate Brauni pie with viscous caramelized sauce and vanilla ice-cream.
